This tells me that the court should have psych experts interviewing defendants simultaneously like a panel and with a recording. Dealing with people’s minds is subjective and when you don’t have people who understand Black trauma, they won’t be as thorough.

i feel there’s a lot of inconsistency between the 3 psychologists that makes it hard to determine the NGRI status. i think the addition of the lesser charge could change things as well. overall such a tragic situation 💔
