I've been seeing a lot of accidents lately in Fairfax County. I think they just need to get more strict with the driving tests! Too many on the road who are new drivers and too afraid to drive and too many who are too old to drive, and many who are just reckless. I think for every accident you are deemed guilty of causing, you should lose your license for a year and have to retake your test from scratch! After 3 accidents, you should never drive again.
