Damn…. I think with “complicated” or maybe avoidant men gravitate towards confident energetic women that quickly attach to them. The attachment is not healthy probably where the woman starts pulling the avoidants masculinity when the balance starts to shift and they feel they are losing control. They start mothering and taking on the full weight of the relationship. The whole love them into change. And that never works because as soon as she clocks the behavior but forces herself to not take it personally she completely loses herself in pretending to be someone she is not while he does what ever he wants with no accountability. Everyone wants to be a success in whatever they do. People WANT to be accountable and responsible that builds a man up. He was probably with too many “ride or die” chicks that really just didn’t call him out because they didn’t want to lose the relationship. He said “I never felt so needed” literally she let him be her protector. Her calm in the chaos was because she felt safe with him. They were running from death and she had no fear because she was safe. He made her feel safe. That is the way it’s supposed to go with a man being in his Devine masculinity and her in her feminine energy. Sorry I had to talk that out for it to make sense to me.
