I take an allergy pill to help, I also let it warm up to room temp before I pin. I make sure there is no klow dripping from the noodle before I pin. I noticed that when it had a little liquid on the tip that’s what causes the reaction on the skin. And then I spray some Benadryl spray after. All of these have really helped.

how do you know those side effects as far as the runny nose and histamines were from the pep? and how long were you taking it when you developed those symptoms if you dont mind me asking
