@moana.dbd: 11 weeks left this year. Here’s what to start. What if you used them to build options, not just get through them? For a long time, being good at your job can start to feel like giving more and more of yourself to it. More time. More energy. More of you. But your title isn’t your whole identity, and burnout isn’t a badge of honor. Building something on the side isn’t about quitting. It’s about having choices. I learned online skills while working as an educator because I wanted options. Here’s a simple way to start in the next 11 weeks: 1️⃣ Weeks 1–2: Notice what you already know. What do people at work always ask you for help with? That’s your starting point. 2️⃣ Weeks 3–5: Turn it into one small, useful thing. A checklist, a template, a short guide. Small is the point. 3️⃣ Weeks 6–8: Share it. Post about the problem it solves. Teach a piece of it for free and see what people respond to. 4️⃣ Weeks 9–11: Learn and improve. What questions came up? What did people want more of? That’s your next step. You won’t have everything figured out by January. You’ll have something started, and that changes everything. 🎙️ How I made this video: This is my AI twin, created in Simpli Studio using the Animate module (Creator to Reference) with my saved character. My prompt uses realism rules: one fixed camera like a phone propped on the desk, soft morning window light, real room sound with no music, small natural movements like tapping the desk and sipping tea, and a 33-word script with real pauses. I timed it out loud first so I only needed one render. What’s one thing you already know that could become your “something on the side”?
