oh it's one of those pop-up scams basically it's a "business" that scams the crap out of a ton of people and as soon as there is any wind of any possible trouble they bounce they just take off it's funny you don't see many of those these days usually they're just fake BS like talent agencies or model agencies or they pretend to be some kind of law office if they're gone there's probably very little possibility of finding them at that point

Also I worked for Sacramento . The business license is weird because you can apply and be issued a business license for anything but no one is actually reviewing it to see if it could even be allowed. For example, you can apply for a license for a restaurant but that doesn’t mean you can just go in and occupy the building you have to get inspected, get an occupancy permit, verify accessibility is up to code , get a use permit from planning possibly, bunch of shit

I wasn’t kidding when I said it out there is a bunch of chop shops. They do that hoping you don’t wanna pay the money. They keep the car and use it for whatever they want. I knew that they didn’t have a license to do it.

I remember I got arrested couple years ago in Sacramento “illegally” if u want to know…. But they towed my car and when I got out the tow company ripped my whole front bumper off I had a brand new Lexus is at that time

The police were directing people to a fake taxi at Aftershock, my friend and I did a ride with one after their suggestion and the guy scammed us. He charged a tap to pay transaction and then changed the amount so that he received $200. Any idea if other people experienced this?
