All pets will gravitate towards one person. They will be nice and part of the family but there’s always going to be one special person. As long as rusty isn’t guarding the space from you it’s probably fine.

Thank you for Saving Rusty and he and your husband are so dear together. The same thing happened with my sister when they adopted a rescue he immediately fell in love with her husband, and the two of them are inseparable. He of course loves my sister and she said that’s because she feeds him but she loves him also with all her love it’s just a wonderful combination of what can happen when you rescue a dog that deed you and they all need you so always think of that and think of this and look at this it’s just the best. God bless you both and God bless Rusty and any other dogs you have in your home.🙏🙏🙏🐕🐕🐕
