Is the serum the part that grows back hair, or is just using the shampoo and conditioner good for NEW hair growth too? Most brands need the serum since the shampoo/conditioner is more for preventing hair loss (which helps too, but it’s just nice to know before hand) I just want to know if I should get the 3 or 4 step pack or if I can get away with the shampoo and conditioner.
