@ajrb0792: Does anyone have any tips on managing lower back pain that doesn’t require medication? 😕 #backpainrelief #advice #painmanagement #backpain #millennial
Go to the gym and strengthen your muscles. At the same time learn how to stretch every day.

Stem cell therapy if you're having more than just pain like bulging.. Herniated discs especially degeneration. You have to get imaging to see where the problem is before doing anything that was my mistake and a chiropractor took out my already slipped disc to my spinal chord and it all started with just back pain [Crying] if i had exercised it and gotten my muscles stronger im sure i would have been better. But stem cell is saving me right now

Also, if you sit in a recliner, bet a seat mat in the auto department at Walmart. It takes the load off your lower spine. I eventually had to have decompression with fusion L4-5 the surgeon said my spondylitis may have been the worst he’s ever seen. 19 months post op doing really good.

your core is weak stretches first losen up, but work your stomach stomach protects the back once your bring your core back the pain will subside then start working your back muscles. if your over 45yrs do this slow and low weight not to cause injury, as you feel better stronger add more rips more weight, small amounts, inverted situps, they have a bar at most gyms that you use upper body to hold you well you lift your lower up to chest can add weight as you get stronger..also look into static contraction work outs, instead of full range of motion you take more weight and break lose and hold it as long as you can wont tare anything with these..good luck
