I tried the crackpot meatloaf yesterday. It was fantastic. had a meatloaf sandwich for lunch today. This will definitely go into rotation for this winter.

Alternative - use one can of cream of celery instead of cream of chicken. Add a little (1 tsp or so) of celery seed. Gives it a little punch of extra flavor!! I do this in a slow cooker for about 4 hrs on high and it’s delicious!
