Yeah I think Tia and Tamera are Libra and Scorpio risings. It says they were born after 2pm and 2 minutes apart so I think it’s 2:14 and 2:16 pm instead of the 2:30 or whatever pm that puts them both in Scorpio but Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen twins definitely both give Leo rising and their chart is confirmed too. Even at that, astrology is mostly circumstances you are born into
