@jeffandlaurenshow: I'm doing this for Thanksgiving! 🦃 How to make the easiest juiciest turkey ever! Soak a cheesecloth in butter to get the perfect juicy and crispy roasted turkey for Thanksgiving dinner! #turkey #Thanksgiving #mealprep
I did this last year, and I won't lie... I totally chewed on that cheesecloth after I took it off.

The best part is you can reuse the cheesecloth afterwards, for anything from a child's diaper to a face wash cloth

I just spatchcock the bird. once its flattened out, heat penetrates better and a whole bird cooks in 1:30 hrs. Comes out juicy with no need to baste it.

Doesn’t anybody cook a turkey in a big roaster pan with water and seasonings in it to get a good broth my mom would use the bra and put some on her green beans when she cooked it in her stuffing.

This is the Martha Stewart way! Add some white wine to that butter, then baste with the rest of the wine/butter mixture throughout the cook time.

I learned this years ago from a Martha Stewart recipe, but she took it a step further and basted the cloth throughout the cooking time with white wine. That Thanksgiving turkey was DELICIOUS!!!
