Nope. This is my ft job. You know how often I’m forgotten about? And no one gives me the phone number to call anyone to let me pee. 85% of the patients are in delirium. Trying to pull all the lines and cords and tubes. The amount of times I’ve been hit in the face. The suicide watch rooms are the worst. Can’t have nothing in the room. Not even my phone. And I’m supposed to stay awake for 12.5 hours. And since everyone else who only does this on occasion usually likes the break from the floor, they think my job is easy so they don’t feel obligated to break me. Plus I’m in a new city so a new job. I haven’t been able to meet anyone since I work overnights and super isolated. I’m currently desperately trying to get out of co’ing. Everyone just appreciate you don’t do it full time.
