@lifesshort88: Eczema and psoriasis can be so frustrating, especially when you’ve tried so many products and treatments without finding lasting relief. 😩❤️🩹 I’ve been curious about the connection between gut health, inflammation, and skin conditions. Some people talk about changing their diet, taking probiotics, avoiding certain foods, or trying unexpected remedies. Have you ever tried something unusual that genuinely improved your eczema or psoriasis? What worked, what didn’t, and how long did it take to notice a difference? I’d love to hear your personal experiences! 👀👇 Everyone’s skin is different, and what helps one person may not help another. #Eczema #Psoriasis #GutHealth #SkinHealth #skincarecommunity

Stop antibiotic creams after 2 weeks at a time to give skin a chance to heal. When it’s severe I lotion up with Aquaphor and water-based lotions. *nothing weird just routine

Rinse off bath with cool to Luke warm water before bed. Rub CeraVe on problem areas. Change pillow case nightly. Wear hair up in bun. Wash sheets at least weekly, during certain times of the year 2x a week, lotion hands after every wash (I get it bad on my knuckles and wrists), take bra off when home to help with rubbing, low histamine diet

I have bad eczema on my scalp. Like, actively bleeding but I’d still be scratching because the itch was so bad. When I started working outside it went completely into remission. I’m guessing it’s from exposure to the sun and/or Vitamin D. Definitely have your Vit D checked
