underneath the freeway on 67th between Broadway and Figueroa as soon as they clean up someone always dumps trash it's usually construction, tree trimming or food boxes it really upsets me because kids walk through that to get from and to school and most of the time they have to walk in the street because of the encampments as well . something needs to be done it's not right

They do it late at night between 1 AM and six in the morning a.m. and they know a lot of people not gonna be out at night time early in the morning because everybody will be going to work
