@zaccupples: Feet turn out when you walk? Here's why. People turn their feet out because it biases the legs toward external rotation, or rotating outward. It also raises the foot arch height. This shows up when someone is limited in internal rotation at the leg and can't flatten the foot. Want straighter feet? You have to fix the hip motion and get the arch to drop at the same time. Sit against a wall with feet turned out a little. Drop down to parallel so your hips rotate inward. Hold for 3 sets of 60 seconds. Finish with a stagger hinge and elevation. Weight on an elevated surface, heel-heavy on the front leg, knees bent. Inhale, push the hips back, pick up the weight. Exhale at the top. Do 3 sets of 10. Make sure you feel heel-to-toe contact on every step when you walk. Give this a few weeks and your feet should sit straighter. Save this if your feet point out like a duck when you walk.
