A missing wife. Burned human remains. And an investigation that led to her husband’s arrest. Jasmine Gill was last seen at her Sacramento, California, residence on September 30, 2026. On October 1, burned human remains were discovered in El Dorado County and later identified as Jasmine’s. Her cousin reported her missing on October 4. According to the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office, her husband, Gurinder Gill, initially claimed that ICE agents had taken Jasmine into custody. Investigators said ICE confirmed no enforcement activity had occurred at the residence. Detectives also reported inconsistencies in his statements and learned that the couple was involved in a divorce and child custody dispute. Gurinder Gill was arrested on October 14 and booked on murder charges. Important: The suspect has been arrested and charged. An arrest or charge does not establish guilt; the case must proceed through the legal system. 📌News/ Video Source: Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office and KCRA News Official release: https://www.sacsheriff.com/media/release.php?id=3511 News report: https://www.kcra.com/article/sacramento-man-suspected-burning-body-missing-wife/74164608 This video is intended for news reporting and public awareness.
