@jesslourx_: And just like that… TODAY I TURN 30 ✨💫♥️🥲 I needed to make this video because WOW, my 20s were a rollercoaster! I spent so much of my early 20s hating my body, wishing it looked different and wanting surgery, not realising just how little the way my belly looked actually mattered in the grand scheme of life. But amongst the negative self-esteem and years of wishing I looked different, LIFE was happening. 🥹 I became a mum, a wife, made incredible memories with friends and family, went on holidays, went to therapy and slowly found love within myself. And the most beautiful thing? The very part of myself I spent years hating is now the part that helps other women feel seen, represented and less alone❤️ My belly has become a reminder that we don’t have to change our bodies, shrink ourselves or wait until we feel confident to start living our lives. We deserve to experience it all, exactly as we are🥹♥️ I built an incredible online community, quit my NHS job, worked with my favourite brands, had my own spread in YOU Magazine (PINCH ME 😭) and became a full-time creator 🥳 Here’s to 30, to everything I’ve overcome, everything I’ve achieved and everything still to come🥂✨♥️ #plussize #bodypositivity #curve
