Yes I have this problem right now from taking this advice 😫. Paint bridged the tape and skirting. Is now rock dry and got a right pickle on my hands

Trouble i have is if you take the tape off when the paints still wet, it pulls the capet up into the wet paint. If you leave it to dry, sometimes it peels the paint off.
