every few years this happens and the companies changes to be fined and replaced. It is useless unless the true people and companies that profit from this is found. check the lands previously burned who are the owners / parent company and fine them. Remove them from every stock exchange and jail them .. then this will stop. Greed of the first world terrorizing the 3rd world country
