NEVER accept a written warning if you can prove you are innocent. Insist the officer either gives no warning or a ticket. The ticket you fight in court and easily win. A written warning will be in the system and basically acts like a "guaranteed" ticket in the future, you get pulled over again for something borderline and you have that written warning, you will get no leniency.

No that cop was damn sure of what he saw. I was pulled over for using my cellphone too, but guess what. I did not have it and after he checked my car. He said ok sorry I thought I saw you on your phone. Must have a really long arm cause it was at home.

I was vaping and I got pulled over and the cops said that I was on a phone and I’m like you could check my phone history I wasn’t on the phone I was vaping.. he then gave me like a 30 minute lecture on cell phone use while driving.. 😏 I get it. And they are never wrong…
