You understand that they engineered it into a car that can handle 2G’s, go 0-60 in .082, and has a 600 mile hwy range per charge and you are trying to say this is not an engineering marvel? Seriously?

Easy 50 years ago. LM has been working on this for far too long and it hasn't been for commercial use. That is the differentiating factor.

ur right but Lockheed didn't make a fucking production car that could do that and cost 50k. he never said he invited the technology but he's able to put it to good use and be affordable

and the first electric vehicle was a carriage in the 1840s - 1930s jay leno has a 1909 baker electric and there was even talk of Nikola tesla making a electric car in 1931 some say he completed others say it's just rumored elon hasn't had a single original idea other than making them look ugly af every major car brand has developed a electric vehicle long before Elon founded tesla and knew how unreliable for range electric vehicles are so a lot stayed concept cars like the electric s10 in the 90s they made just a few hundred
