@brxdsf6: No kneading. No mixer. Just olive oil, time, and a little patience. 🫒 This overnight focaccia bakes up golden and crisp around the edges, airy and pillowy in the center, and utterly irresistible to tear into. Drop a 🫒 if you’re baking it this weekend! Ingredients 🌾 500g bread flour (about 4 cups) 🧂 10g kosher salt (1¾ tsp) 🌿 4g instant yeast (1¼ tsp) 💧 400g lukewarm water (1⅔ cups) 🍯 10g honey (2 tsp) 🫒 30g olive oil (2 tbsp) ✨ Extra-virgin olive oil, flaky salt, rosemary, or olives, for topping Method 1. Mix the flour, salt, and yeast. Add the water, honey, and olive oil; stir until a wet, sticky dough forms. 2. Cover and let rise at room temperature for 12–18 hours, until bubbly and jiggly. 3. Pour olive oil into a baking pan. Add the dough, gently stretch it toward the edges, cover, and rest for 1–2 hours. 4. Drizzle with more olive oil, dimple the dough with your fingertips, and top with rosemary, olives, and flaky salt. 5. Bake at 425°F / 220°C for 25–30 minutes, until puffed and deeply golden. 6. Cool for at least 15 minutes before slicing—or tearing in. That crisp, olive-oil-soaked crust is the best part. 🤎
