@archermedia: Today, I had the privilege of attending a capacity-building retreat organized by the Office of the Women Leader, City Boy Movement, Ogun State Chapter, in Abeokuta. The gathering was an insightful and impactful experience, centered on repositioning and strengthening women leaders for strategic effectiveness, leadership development, and the journey towards 2027 electoral success. It was an opportunity to learn, share ideas, build meaningful connections, and appreciate the vital role women play in grassroots mobilization, political participation, and organizational growth. Indeed, effective leadership requires continuous learning, strategic planning, unity, and a shared commitment to a common vision. The strength of any movement lies in its ability to empower its leaders, strengthen its structure, and prepare adequately for the tasks ahead. The journey to 2027 requires more than ambition; it demands preparation, dedication, and strategic leadership *CBM — WE INFORM, ENGAGE & EMPOWER.* *— ArcherMedia 📸*@Adetutu Adekanye
