All fantastic points but you didn’t mention anything about accessibility. Can wheelchair users access these without ramps? Can they move down the train to a less crowded area? I find a lot of these companies improve things for the able bodied community but forget that they have disabled customers as well. This video provides zero information for the disabled community and how these changes are positive for them…

when you make new trains for other lines please put the wheelchair spot by the door like on the elizabeth line, putting it in the middle of the carriage or a few seats in makes it hard to get to as when it’s busy you can’t actually see where it is unfortunately

And still, they put the pole right in the middle, in front of the disabled doors, so mobility aid using passengers have to fight our way around them. 😬
