What started with one generation has become a little piece of Singapore’s food history. This morning I ordered a bowl of Da Dong prawn noodles at $10. Prawns, sliced pork, yellow noodles and beansprouts, with golden fried shallots on top. Soup portion was little and you can’t ask for a refill.
