My oldest daughter’s preschool teacher was childfree by choice. She told me she loved all her little babies at school but didn’t want them at home. She was the best teacher. Childfree by choice doesn’t have to be weird. Some people are so miserable.

I don’t want kids because I realistically know how much work they are and what all goes into raising one, not because I hate them. It’s fine to dislike being around kids, but hating them or expecting them to be absent from public is weird

I have never wanted children in my life (didn’t even play with baby dolls as a little girl) but I swear to god, I’m the only person I know who remembers what it’s like to be a kid. People are so cruel to children as if they have no recollection of what it’s like to be that age.

I think it’s a deeper issue than what you’re describing. Most children nowadays are not parented. I work at target and the amount of parents who tell their children to hush and shhhh instead of parenting or they give into bratty behavior. I do not like bratty misbehaving children who have never been told no. But I do not mind being around a well behaved child with manners. Yall just don’t want to admit this new gen of kids are iPad addicted and have ADD because their parents shove them in front of an iPad instead of parenting
