Been front line emergency services for a total of 37 yrs. And still counting. I have had many people in my hands that I watched their last breath. I did my best to help with extracting them but I knew the time it would take and the time they had was in conflict. Sometimes the only thing you can do is not let them be alone. This scene brings back the faces of the past. I thought I had forgotten them. I guess I haven’t.
