@kajafloyd46: Simmer cleaned octopus in salted water with bay leaves until tender. Drain and cut into portions. Marinate with olive oil, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Grill over high heat until lightly charred and crispy outside. Arrange over sliced boiled potatoes, drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil and lemon juice, then garnish with fresh parsley and sea salt.
