Packed light for Birmingham and this was the only bit of tech I needed 🏙️ Genuinely did not know how the day would go taking just a laptop out to a new city with another creator. But the Acer Swift X 14 AI just handled everything. Battery lasted the whole day, the display was a pleasure to work on and the whole thing weighs next to nothing in a bag. What got me was how little I thought about my desk setup back home. That says a lot 💻 Oh and the RTX 5060 running AAA titles at full resolution on the same machine I was editing on. Yeah that was a nice surprise 🎮 Thank you to @Acer Official for sending the laptop over💻🥰 #acer #amd #acerswift #laptoplife #contentcreator

MESSAGE ME '7 STEP DEADLIFT' for my free tutorial 👇🏽 5 steps to never mess up your deadlift again: ✅Bar over mid foot, not your toes. Too far forward and your lower back does everything. ✅Push your hips back, don't drop them down. ✅Take the slack out before you pull. Pull your chest tall and bend the bar before it leaves the floor. ✅Bar stays glued to your legs the whole way up. The further it drifts the heavier it feels for no reason. ✅Stand tall at the top. Squeeze your glutes. Stop leaning back like it's a backbend. If your deadlift feels heavy off the floor or you only feel it in your lower back, one of these five things is off. MESSAGE ME '7 STEP DEADLIFT' and I'll send you the full breakdown 💪🏽
