Is the serum sticky? I’ve noticed with some of the serums I’ve been using from Dollar tree leave a sticky film and it stays with me all day, even when I put moisturizer on top.

I saw this at my dollar tree this weekend and hard a hard time not grabbing it! It’s good to hear how good it is I’ve been interested in trying this one. I have so much skincare from dollar tree that I am loving right now!! I did makeup over that revive Rx hydrating spray and I have to say that make up looked so fresh all night!
