MetaCAD Machinery :
adding all dimenions to a drawing, doesn't make it a correct production drawing. the right reference point/surface, tolerance stackup for assembly, surface finish regarding counterpart, realistic GD&T, ... no, not every dimension or GD&T had to be in microns accuracy, many people do, due to lack of knowledge or fear that the part won't fit during assembly, however, this makes the part much more expensive than it has to. Make finding a supplier a hastle. That is how I see the issue in the field...

Alles nette Spielerei. Aber während der Zeichnungserstellung macht man sich Gedanken über benötigte Form- und Lagetoleranzen. Spätestens beim setzen der Bezugsflächen und -achsen, ist die Bemaßung im Weg und muss ohnehin händisch geschoben bzw. ausgerichtet werden.

Hello.. you can accomplish that task much easier by opening a part, selecting “sketch” then “smart dimensions”
