@honestreporting: This was the moment that the media turned against Israel, and it happened just 10 days into the war. On October 17, 2023, an explosion occurred at Al Ahli Hospital in Gaza. Major outlets immediately pushed it as an Israeli strike. Hamas sources were quoted instantly claiming hundreds of dead. The truth? An Islamic Jihad misfired rocket had landed in the hospital's parking lot. But that correction was published days later, and got only a fraction of the views. Initial reports have no time for verification. And by the time the facts actually come out, most people have already scrolled past, shared the clip, or made up their minds. It’s a pattern that repeatedly fuels anti-Israel narratives. Watch how it happened, and why it still matters.
