@walteajkxh7: Ingredients 500 g all-purpose flour (about 3 and a half cups) 10 g active dry yeast (1 packet) 1 tablespoon sugar 1 level teaspoon salt 350 ml warm water 2 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil Instructions In a large bowl, pour the warm water, sugar and yeast. Stir lightly and let sit for 5 to 10 minutes until foam forms. Add the oil and salt, then stir well. Add all the flour and mix with a spoon until you get a moist, sticky dough. No kneading required! Cover the bowl with a kitchen towel or plastic wrap and let rise for 1 hour, or until the dough doubles in volume. Once the dough has risen, stir it gently to release excess air. Place the dough in a greased pan or one lined with parchment paper. Cover again and let rise for another 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200°C for 10 minutes. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until the bread is nicely golden brown. Let it cool slightly before slicing the bread.
