Shinkansen is faster for more money and the Rapid Service is cheaper but not as fast but it takes 30-35 mins vs Shinkansen.

I’m sorry guys, I made a huge mistake…. It’s way cheaper but not “way faster”. It takes about 30 minutes which is about 20 minutes longer than the Shinkansen 🙇🏻♀️🚄💦

Most of guides say it’s 580, but forget to say that this is just for basic fare. If you are travelling with luggage and want to have a set, you have to buy limited express ticket, which is another 840 yen

Yeah, I jumped on Shinkanzen to Kyoto with wrong ticket. He gave me 2 choices. 1. Go back to Osaka and catch the right train or , 2. Pay 2,000 Yen.
