Erin I had the same feeling when I woke up. Immediately upon opening my eyes I felt some kind of timeline shift. As I walked down the hallway from my room to the kitchen I heard a loud voice say ‘can you see it yet?’. The veil is so thin and I’m soaking it all up! ✨

So I feel great today! Just getting over a cold. It’s been rough! Right now, today my nose is running like crazy, and my scalp is soooo itchy! Never happens! Could this be from the 3rd eye opening? Interesting to think about.

Such a treat to see you on a Saturday! I love that you added in yoga to your morning routine. I practice with some of the greatest teachers in my area daily and I’m always surprised their classes aren’t filled to the brim. I wish more people understood what an incredible practice it is for body and mind, plus a great way to meet people you resonate with!

I woke up this morning and I did something iv been avoiding since I got released from my job 3 weeks ago which is writing and facing my self and I have been resisting it every day but today I finally did it to discover that I didn’t forgive myself so I did all of that cried my guts out and finally started a painting 👍🏻 hopefully it is a new chapter
