At least the lady behind the counter fixed the problem with a new label unlike some videos from Walmart that you’ve approached the people on and they did nothing about it

I went to HEB and they had 3lbs onions for sale. All that I weighed were below 2.5 lbs. I told the manager. Instead of fixing the problem the removed the scale

At least you got someone to correct it, most stores don’t even have someone like that available to change prices. Love you, Jimmy.

Idk for fish but the chicken factory I worked for would not let us label unless it was exact but no chicken weighed exact so we had to tip scales

I can hear the lawyers now......."your honor, the price illustrated on the packaging is the weight they are being CHARGED for, and it does not say that it actually weighs that much anywhere on the packaging".

I was curious about my local supermarket here in Germany called Penny. I weighed about 10 different items I bought. *All* of them had actually more weight than was labeled. Stores can get in big trouble here if they cheat.

🥔 Bacon, Broccoli & Gruyère Potato Crust Quiche ✨ This is what I would make on Christmas morning! A crispy potato crust filled with fluffy eggs, crispy bacon, broccoli, and the perfect combination of Gruyère and sharp cheddar. It’s hearty, delicious, and perfect for a holiday breakfast! Ingredients: * 6 medium russet or golden potatoes (amount will vary depending on size) * Avocado oil spray * Salt * 6 eggs * 1/2 cup ricotta * 5 slices bacon, cooked and diced * 1 cup cooked broccoli, diced * 1 heaping cup shredded cheese (½ Gruyère, ½ sharp cheddar) * Salt + pepper * Additional shredded cheddar for topping * 2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled (for topping) * Fresh chives (for topping) * Flaky salt (for finishing) Directions: 1. Peel your potatoes and cut them into smaller pieces. Add to a pot of boiling water and cook until fork tender. 2. Drain the potatoes and refrigerate until completely cooled. 3. Spray a springform pan with avocado oil. Press the cooled potatoes into the bottom and up the sides of the pan to form your crust. I like using the bottom of a cup sprayed with a little avocado oil to prevent sticking and help press and shape the crust evenly. 4. Spray the crust with a little more avocado oil and sprinkle with salt. 5. Bake at 425°F for 20–25 minutes to pre-bake the crust until lightly golden and starting to crisp. 6. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, ricotta, Gruyère, sharp cheddar, cooked diced bacon, broccoli, salt, and pepper until combined. 7. Pour the egg mixture into your pre-baked potato crust and top with additional shredded cheddar. 8. Bake at 425°F for 40–45 minutes, or until the quiche is fully set and no longer jiggly in the center. 9. Let cool slightly before removing from the springform pan. Finish with the extra crumbled bacon, fresh chives, and flaky salt. The potato crust gets golden and crispy around the edges, and the bacon, broccoli, and cheesy filling make this such a good savory breakfast. Definitely adding this one to the Christmas morning menu! #breakfast #healthybreakfast #quiche #potatoes #holidaybreakfast
