Ive played tomb raider so obviously all you need to do is pull the block then push it to the left and then when you get inside just press R1 L1 up down left right.. stand up, do a back flip turn your computer off.. then back on again.. then down a pint of vodka.. the door will then open.. step inside.. fight the final boss then you've completed the level...easy👍

they are remains of cables, not "handles". And the tunnel is not a "passage" for people or anybody, or an air vent, it's a cable holder. Probably we are looking at an antenna.
