@taylor.godinez: One of the biggest things I’ve learned from simplifying our home is that having less stuff makes everyday life so much easier. Think about how much time we spend managing the things we own. We’re constantly picking things up, putting them away, organizing closets, rearranging cabinets, and trying to find more storage space. But what if we didn’t have so much to manage in the first place? That’s where simplifying your home can make such a difference. When you start removing the things you don’t need, use, or love, you’re also removing some of the work that comes along with owning them. Less laundry to put away. Fewer things cluttering the counters. Less time spent organizing spaces that never seem to stay organized. And no, your home doesn’t have to be perfectly minimal. The goal isn’t to own as little as possible. It’s to own an amount that feels manageable for you and your family. Because your home should be a place you get to enjoy, not something that constantly needs your attention. I’d rather own less than clean more.
