omg That's exactly what happened to me the other day when I was working from home, And old person called me and she was asking me if I was an AI programme but I told her over 1000 times that I was a real person, so watching this video relates to me, cause I definitely was freaking out inside me and I was begging for her to hang up, so she went off on me and I put her through my manager , so he explained to her and managed to calm her down, that's why I can say that I've been in that situation before.
