If you want to change your body composition & lean out, these are the 8 things that made the biggest difference for me. 🤍 1. Running (3–4x/week minimum) 🏃🏼‍♀️ This completely transformed my body composition. I focused less on running fast and more on simply being consistent. Zone 2 baby!!! 2. I eliminated alcohol entirely. 🍸🚫 This was probably one of the biggest game changers. I stopped waking up bloated, my inflammation is GONE, I slept better, recovered better from workouts, had more energy, and wasn’t constantly craving unhealthy food after drinking. 3. I started hitting at least 15,000 steps every day. 🚶‍♀️ I stopped looking at movement as something that only happens in the gym. Morning walks, evening walks, walking while taking phone calls, parking farther away, it all counts!!! 4. More Pilates-based workouts. 🤍 Adding more Pilates into my routine has been incredible. I’ve completely fallen in love with it!!! Pilates 3 times a week is my sweet spot! 5. Protein-maxxing. 🍳🥩 Every meal has protein. Prioritizing protein helped me stay fuller for longer, recover better from my workouts, preserve muscle while leaning out, and made hitting my nutrition goals so much easier!! 6. I stopped talking negatively to myself & let go of food guilt. 🙏🏼 This one is so underrated. I stopped labeling foods as “good” or “bad,” stopped punishing myself for enjoying a treat, and learned to eat until I was satisfied, not stuffed. Building a healthy relationship with food made consistency so much easier than trying to be perfect!! 7. I stopped smoking weed entirely. 🌿🚫 Quitting weed helped me more than I expected. No more late-night munchies, mindless snacking, or eating just because I was high. It became much easier to recognize when I was actually hungry versus eating out of habit, and staying in a calorie deficit no longer felt like a constant battle!! 8. 528 Hz frequency walks. 🎧😂 Call me crazy, but I genuinely love listening to 528 Hz frequencies and positive subliminals while I walk. These are what have worked for me, obv not magic but stacked tg & repeated consistently is key! Best I ever felt!!
