Do you suffer with constant pains? Comment “Bendy” and we will send you free resources and the waitlist for our upcoming mobility program. Connective tissue hypermobility can be an extreme negative and is often viewed as something that cannot be improved in any way.

It is true that you can’t turn off the “hypermobility switch” or change your genetics, but there are tons of things that can be done on a daily basis to help make improvements to your well-being.

When it comes to joint pain related to hEDS or HSD, progressive and slow mobility training can drastically reduce your pain symptoms over time.

I don’t ever say that things like this will be an overnight cure. Anyone who makes promises like that is likely a grifter. This shit takes effort, consistency, and time, but when applied over several months and years, you will experience a massive reduction in pain, tightness, and fear associated with movement and exercise.

You will have an increase in control, strength, awareness, and confidence in your body. The time spent is worth it.

I won’t lie, the road to making these improvements can be rocky at times and that is okay. I was already in pain ALL THE TIME, so what difference would it make to explore things that felt good/didn’t feel good? Once I found the things that felt good, I kept doing more of that and continued to progress in the right direction.

After lots of trial and error, I figured out what helps my body feel the best… and have taught thousands of others to do the same over the last 11 years in my online programs (My Hypermobility and Limitless programs).

I’ve done a lot of trial and error work so that you don’t have to.  Comment “Bendy” to get free resources for hypermobility and learn about our programs. #hypermobility #mobilitytraining #mobilityexercise #heds #eds
