I manage hotels and I can tell you the credit card fees are absolutely ridiculous. on a slow months they are like 8-10 K and on a busy month it can reach 20k. that what the hotel pays just to process the credit/debit cards people use. the fee is doubled for every card we enter manually instead of through the credit card reader! and this is for low end budget hotels, it's far worse for higher end properties, it's absolutely ridiculous!!!
