I had a c-section & was in the hospital for a week. When they got me to use the bathroom for the first time in there I needed to hold on to the pole because my legs were shaking & my husband helped me by pulling down my underwear with his face right there & I was a literal bloody mess. I looked down at him & said man you must really love me 😂 We just celebrated our 35 the anniversary 😊

4 sections; my 3rd included a uterine rupture. He never helped me. I left him last year after 14yr marriage when my youngest was 7. Seeing him help you, shows how much i missed out on.

we were not married, my child's father did more than just that, bathe me, cleaned me and changed diapers too without asking and he would take our child to the store so that I could have time to myself. A perfect father.

Mine was like that then. 30 years and emergency colostomy later he still is like that. He shrugs at my gratitude and doesn’t believe any husband would be any different. It’s a privilege to have this man in my life.

Yep agreed. I worked mother baby as an RN for 4 years. Only 10% of my dads would help. One even said told his wife Not tonight after she asked for help: she also has a c section. Disgusting and sad

I couldn’t agree more! My husband helped through every single part of my c-sections! Took baby every night for the first 6 weeks because “I needed rest to recover” I got myself a good one! ❤️
