I know you've said you grew up here but watching your videos on the neighborhood I grew up and still live in makes my skin crawl. Flushing, whitestone, and bayside are great areas yes but its already becoming unaffordable. The rent is still cheaper than manhattan.. for now. Reading comments of people who are moving here saddens me because it makes me think flushing is the next gentrified spot in nyc. Genuinely trying not to hate, just sharing my thoughts.
