My mom always put milk in hers, so I did for a while too, but stopped long ago. I think she said it makes them fluffier, but if you add even a drop too much, they get watery and wet. I don’t like wet scrambled eggs.

I’ve put milk in scrambled eggs for many hears. It makes the eggs more fluffier . We don’t care for dry over doesn scrabbled eggs, some People scorch their eggs when frying or scrambling them, our family want eat eggs that are dry and scorched. Plus I get milk in when I can slip it in. The grandchildren said I make the best scrambled eggs, asked me to show their mom how to make them. I felt really bad, because she was standing in the kitchen right by me. Oh well, she did start making them with splash of milk too.
