I received a voicemail from a district sales manager on a Friday, wanting to schedule a 30 minute call with me for a role I applied for. He wanted to see if we could do it the following week. I called back later in the afternoon and left him a voicemail explaining how I would love to schedule a call with him. I felt that I was a little awkward on the voicemail. I was hopeful, one awkward voicemail would not ruin the opportunity. I never received a call back. It’s been three business days. I did a follow up call yesterday. Left another voicemail in the voicemail. I did great until the end where I said “ so yeah looking forward to hearing from you thanks bye” so yeah part was awkward probably. Should I just take this as he changed his mind about me?
