@elpresidentevintages: another weekend of watching my dad put so much time and care into his little store 🥹 he’s 63, and this little booth has become something he genuinely looks forward to. he spends so much time arranging everything, finding new things to put out, and making sure the space looks nice for anyone who might stop by. a lot of what he sells comes from decades of collecting, including things he’s kept since moving to canada in the 1990s and things that have been part of our family since i was little. there’s a little bit of everything here! vintage finds, antiques, collectibles, toys, clothes, jewelry, books, records, art, and so many other things :) he originally opened this store as something he’s always wanted to do, but also to help our family with bills after his stage 4 cancer diagnosis meant he had to stop working a lot. business has been pretty slow, but he still shows up every weekend and puts so much care into his little space. we only have the booth until the end of november, so if you happen to be around don mills & steeles on a weekend, we’d really appreciate you stopping by! 🥹 even a small purchase makes a difference to our family, and i know it would mean a lot to him to see more people enjoying the things he’s spent years collecting 🫶 📍 Hwy 404 & Steeles Flea Market (2900 Steeles Ave E) 📍 Booth N13 (at the back near China Town lane) 🕐 Sat 10am–5pm | Sun 1pm (ish)–5pm 💰 Cash preferred, but e-transfer works too! Phone service is just a little slow at our booth 🥲 #SmallBusiness #torontosmallbusiness #supportsmallbusiness #toronto #fleamarket
