Now, I feel honored to be perceived. It’s exciting to share and connect with others. To me, getting triggered is an opportunity to meet part of myself. I’ve learned that healing isn’t eliminating everything that is uncomfortable, it’s expanding our capacity to sit in the discomfort and meet ourselves there.
