Island Time Bar & Grill sits right on the Pentagon Lagoon at Columbia Island Marina, with docked boats in front of you and live acoustic music on weekends. In fall the crowds thin out and the trail behind it turns, so it’s a perfect low-key afternoon. Get the chicken tenders and the Grapefruit Crush, which might be the best one you’ll ever have (still dreaming about it). We haven’t gotten to the lobster rolls yet, but the reviews swear by them. It’s right on the Mount Vernon Trail, so it’s a great stop on a fall ride. One of our favorite spots in Arlington. Comment which Arlington spot we should try next 👀
